Discipline Consulting as a subcontractor to ePlus Technology Inc. provides the engineering services to complete the installation, configuration, training, and documentation for The Washington Post.
Scope
The Services that ePlus and/or its subcontractor shall provide will include:
Implementation based on fifty (50) Agents/Supervisors, basic scripts per existing Avaya solution
- Discovery/Design to define the configuration parameters.
- Base UCCX application configuration of two (2) UCCX servers – primary and failover.
- Load UCCX application.
- Apply relevant patches and services releases to base configuration.
- Configure extension for fifty (50) agents.
- Configure basic call routing.
- Configure basic queue – up to sixteen (16).
- Configure UCCX Triggers, Route Points, Call Control Groups.
- Point UCCX to (1) existing Oracle database for Circulations database dip.
- Configure Applications, Prompts, XMLs, Skills, Queues as identified above.
- Load Finesse on fifty (50) desktops.
- Configure Intelligent Routing.
